We are excited to announce that Glacier Ridge is a finalist for Best Showhome Parade & Best New Community from the BILD Calgary Region organization.
BILD Calgary Region is the respected voice of the building industry. They work closely with the government and other stakeholders to ensure that vibrant new communities can exist in our region – now and in the future. It is an honour to be a finalist for these awards from such an established organization with industry expert judges.
Glacier Ridge’s uniqueness comes from the thoughtful detail put into the community’s vision, ensuring community-wide connections and placemaking. Examples can be found in the first phases of Glacier, including its entry monuments, elevated architectural controls, and naturally enhanced park-spaces.
A Residents Association will be at the heart of the community featuring a private amenity building with a gymnasium, banquet centre, studio spaces and more. The outdoor space will offer a range of recreation opportunities, including a hockey rink, sport courts, all-ages playgrounds, a splash park, toboggan hill, and walking trails. The community will include 10 kilometers of natural trails integrated with the coulees and West Nose Creek valley.
