Big things are on the horizon for Glacier Ridge in Northwest Calgary. The much-anticipated Glacier Ridge Residents’ Association Village is slated to open in winter 2026, and we’re thrilled to share some exciting construction and design updates as we move closer to welcoming our residents.
A Design That Reflects the Spirit of Glacier Ridge
After over a year of passionate discussions and collaborative input, the interior and exterior finishes have been finalized, and they’re nothing short of stunning. These choices weren’t made lightly. Every stone and wood grain was selected to echo the natural beauty of our surroundings and ensure a seamless vision across the entire community. From the architectural details to the signage and park features, this cohesive aesthetic will bring Glacier Ridge’s vision to life in the most inspiring way.
Construction Is Well Underway
The build is progressing steadily, with the roof installation currently underway. Steel columns and metal decking have been installed, laying the structural foundation for what will soon be a vibrant community hub. As we move through each phase, excitement continues to build.
Annual Fees for 2025
As the RA prepares for its official opening, we want to ensure residents are informed about membership fees for the 2025 calendar year:
- Single-family homes: $465 per year
- Multifamily (condominiumized) homes: $375 per year
Please note, these rates are reviewed annually and may be adjusted by the Residents’ Association Board of Directors as needed.
