After years of dreaming, planning and listening closely to what our residents needed within their space, the moment has finally arrived. We’re excited to invite Glacier Ridge residents to celebrate the grand opening of The Village, our new private Residents’ Association facility, on Saturday, April 18 from 12:00–2:00 PM.

It Took a Village

From the very beginning, The Village was shaped by the pioneering households who call this community home. Through resident surveys, conversations and careful planning, we worked together to create a space designed for you. Every amenity and detail reflects what matters most. Residents prioritized outdoor gathering spaces, prompting us to incorporate plenty of seating areas for storytelling and connection. The desire for shared recreation spaces inspired us to build bookable facilities for parties and gatherings. We ensured these amenities reflect real resident needs and priorities.

After years of collaboration and anticipation, we’re proud to open our doors and begin making memories together.

Annual Fees

As The Village opens for resident use in April, annual Residents’ Association (RA) fees will apply. RA fees will not be collected until The Village is open and usable by residents post-opening event. More communication will be shared closer to that time, including details on payment methods and timing. Reach out to us at Info@GlacierRidgeRA.com with any questions in the meantime.

Prorated membership fees for the 2026 calendar year* are as follows:

  • Single-family homes: $352.02 per year (includes GST)
  • Multifamily (condominiumized) homes: $283.89 per year (includes GST)

*Original, non-prorated fees for 2026 were $488.25 and $393.75 (includes GST) for single-family and multifamily dwellings, respectively.

Please note that these rates are reviewed annually and may be adjusted by the Residents’ Association Board of Directors as needed.
